Effective usage of resources of the scientific base "Thomson Reuters" is important in terms of integration into the world science

On February 1, at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of ANAS, an expert on information resources scientific basis "Thomson Reuters" Aygun Babazadeh conducted training for employees of the scientific establishment.

Speaking at the event Director of the institute, Academician Vagif Abbasov noted that, establishing cooperation with scientific bases, play a special role in the promotion of important research results of scientists, it is one of the major challenges facing research institutions. Effective usage of resources of the scientific base "Thomson Reuters" is important in terms of integration into the world science.

Noting that, last year signed an agreement on cooperation between ANAS and the Agency "Thomson Reuters", V.Abbasov said that, along with using of company resources, publication of scientific articles in about 18,000 scientific journals included in their fund, it is also important in terms of promotion of domestic scientists and science.

Then Aygun Babazade briefed on directions of activity, work of the company principles and rules of the use of resources.

She responded numerous scientific experts’s questions.
