Published the monograph entitled "Amphibians of the Great Caucasus Natural Region" by the scientist of the Institute of Zoology Gulbeniz Gasimova

The leading researcher of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Vertebrates of MSERA Institute of Zoology, PhD in Biology Gulbeniz Gasimova's monograph entitled "Amphibians of the Great Caucasus Natural Region" was published.
The monograph provides information on species diversity, morphology, seasonal and daily activity of amphibians distributed in the Great Caucasus Natural Region, analyzes the factors affecting their number and density. Meanwhile, information is presented to the reader about the role of amphibians in the biocenosis and their scientific and practical importance.
