Meeting of the Zoological Section on Biological Problems of the Republican Scientific Research Coordination Council of ANAS

On February 25, 2022, the next online meeting of the Zoological Section of the Council for Coordination of Scientific Research of ANAS on Biological Problems was held on the zoom platform. Opening the meeting, chairman of the Zoological Section, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Saleh Maharramov made familiar the members of the section with the issues on the agenda. The topics of 4 doctoral dissertations submitted to the Zoological Section were discussed at the meeting. Discussions brought together Executive Director of the Institute of Zoology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Elshad Ahmadov, corresponding member of ANAS, Dr., Professor Ilham Alakbarov, Dr., Associate Professor Giyas Guliyev, Dr., Associate Professor Gara Fataliyev, Dr., Associate Professor Natalya Snegovaya, Dr., Associate Professor Asif Manafov, Dr., Associate Professor Yegana Mahmudova, Ph.D, Associate Professor Barat Ahmadov, Ph.D, Associate Professor Tavakkul Isgandarov, Ph.D, Associate Professor Elchin Sultanov and others. After extensive discussions, the names of 3 topics were partially changed, retaining the previous name of one topic.
