The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology was held

The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS was held on September 22. During the online meeting, Aladdin Eyvazov, Acting Director of the institute, first congratulated Lyudmila Rubtsova, the senior researcher at the Center for Applied Zoology, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor, on her 70th birthday then awarded the Honorary Decree of the institute for her fruitful scientific activity. Then the director acquainted the members of the council with the current issues, touched upon a number of topics and gave the floor to the Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, Doctor of Biological Sciences Elshad Ahmadov. Deputy Director provided detailed information about the topics approved by the Coordination Council of doctoral students and dissertators admitted in the 2019/2020 academic year, the plan-program of doctoral students and dissertators admitted to doctoranture and dissertanture for the 2020 academic year and admission to doctoranture and dissertanture for the 2021 academic year.

Various issues were also scheduled at the meeting, and relevant decisions were made.
