The last Scientific Council of the current year was held at the Institute of Zoology

On December 18, 2019 the last Scientific Council of the current year was held at the Institute of Zoology of ANAS. At the beginning of the meeting, the scientists of the Institute, who died in 2019, were commemorated by a minute of silence. Then the director of the institute, doctor of physics Elman Yusifov opened the meeting and introduced the participants to the agenda. Widespread discussions were held around the issues and certain decisions were made. At the meeting, Senior researcher of the Parasitology Laboratory, Doctor of Biology Mahir Huseynov, Captain of the Science ship Yashar Nurullayev, and the co-worker of the technical department Sayad Mammdova were presented to the Honorary Decree of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS, labor veteran name and card. A number of other issues were also considered at the meeting.
