Institute of Zoology shares the first crops of grape to the scientific departments of the ANAS

Specialists have conducted extensive research on plant pests, their effect on productivity and integrated pest control in the 1 ha vineyard of the Aghsu Practice Support Point of the Institute of Zoology for research purposes and a number of effective entomophages have been used for biological control in the Center of Applied Zoology.

As a result of the research, about 10 tonnes of grapes were produced for the first time this year. It was decided to deliver this product to the scientific departments of ANAS at the joint meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS and the Trade Union. First of all, 1.5 tons of products were delivered to the Department of Physics - Mathematics and Engineering.
