The next scientific seminar of the Institute has been held

Senior scientific worker of the National Research Institute in the name of Veli Аkhundov of the Department of Parasitology, N.J.Namazov's dissertation work for the degree of Doctor of Biological Sciences on "Study of the current species composition and development of methods to combat Culicidae family bloodsucking mosquitoes in Azerbaijan" has been discussed.

For the time, 24 species of bloodsucker mosquitos, including 7 gender, spreading in geographic areas of the republic have been studied the factors affecting them. N.J.Namazov's methodical recommendations on "About carbonate and piretroid drugs in using against bloodsucker mosquitos" and "On using of new method of sponge against bloodsucking dipterans" have been approved on the basis of the decision of Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan Republic.

Scientific adviser of the study is the corresponding member of ANAS ,DMedSc, professor N.N.Aliyev.
