February 2 is the National Youth Day

The first meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists dedicated to "Azerbaijan Youth Day" for the current year was held at MSE Institute of Zoology.

Opening the meeting, the chairwoman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, a researcher  Leyla Nadirli congratulated the members of the Council on Youth Day, and stressed out that this day is connected with the name of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, and since 1997, February 2 has been celebrated as Youth Day in Azerbaijan by presidential decree. 

Then the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, a junior researcher Nigar Mehdiyeva and secretary, senior laboratory technician Khatira Kahramanli congratulated the young people on this day and wished them success in their future scientific and social activities.

In the end, Leyla Nadirli informed the members of the Council about the plan of events intended for 2024, and other various issues were discussed.
