The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under MSERA was carried out

On December 5, 2023, the next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology was held. Aladdin Eyvazov, Acting General Director of the Institute, PhD in Agrarian sciences, Associate Professor, who opened the meeting, informed the members of the Council about the issues on the agenda. The final works of relevant laboratories were discussed at the institute. In total, 22 final works included in 6 topics were discussed.

Final reports of the Center of Applied Zoology, Laboratory of Terrestrial Invertebrates, Laboratory of Hydrobiology, Laboratory of Paleozoology and Laboratory of Terrestrial Vertebrates were listened at the meeting. Barat Ahmadov, PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof., delivered the final report of the Center of Applied Zoology, Güler Huseynzadeh, PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof., delivered the final report of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Invertebrates, Süleyman Süleymanov, PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof., delivered the final report of the Hydrobiology Laboratory, Konul Tapdigova,  PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof., delivered the final report of the Laboratory of Paleozoology, Tavakkul Iskandarov, PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof., and Tahir Karimov, Dr. Biology, Assoc.Prof., delivered the final report of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Vertebrates.

Finally, discussions were held, proposals and relevant decisions were made.
