Employees of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Vertebrates were on an expedition

Doctor of Biological sciences, chief researchder of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Vertebrates Tahir Karimov, PhD in Biological sciences Hafiz Mukhtarov, a researcher Sevinj Rajabova and a junior reserahcer Leyla Ahmadli carried out ornithological monitoring in the territory of Guba and Shabran regions on July 17-21. During the expedition, using stationary and route methods, the number of species belonging to the Falconiformes group during the reproduction period was recorded, their trophic relations with the biotope and the negative factors affecting these species were determined. Collected field materials will be analyzed and summarized in laboratory conditions.
