The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology

On June 13, 2023, the next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the MSE Institute of Zoology. Aladdin Eyvazov, Acting General Director of the Institute, PhD in Agrarian sciences, Associate Professor, who opened the meeting, familiarized the members of the council with the issues on the agenda.

Then, Elshad Ahmadov, Executive Director of the institute, Dr., Assoc. Prof., provided information about the first half-year report of the Institute. The next issue was presented by Sara Aliyeva, scientific secretary of the institute, PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof., who informed on the submission of publication of the monograph entitled "Absheron's xylophagous beetles and their entomophages" authored by Lala Araz gizi Rahimli, a senior researcher of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Invertebrates, PhD in Biology. 

Finally, other issues on the agenda were discussed and relevant decisions were made.
