The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology was held

On May 26, 2023, the next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Zoology of the Ministry of Science and Education. Opening the meeting with an introductory speech, Acting General Director of the institute, PhD in Agrarian sciences, Associate Professor Aladdin Eyvazov familiarized the members of the council with the issues on the agenda.

Later, the new composition of the Zoological Section on Biological Problems of the Republican Scientific Research Coordinating Council was discussed and approved. The next issue was presented by the Scientific Secretary, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor Sara Aliyeva, and a petition was filed before the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to grant the scientific title of Associate Professor to PhD in Biology Gulbeniz Hafiz gizi Gasimova in the specialty 2401.01 - "Zoology".

Then, the head of the Education Department, PhD Shafa Khasayeva provided information about the results of the attestation of doctoral students and dissertators and the results of admission to doctoral studies and dissertate for the 2023 academic year.

Finally, other issues on the agenda were discussed and relevant decisions were made.
