The employees of the Laboratory of Terrestrial Invertebrates had an expedition in Lankaran and Yardimli regions
Th employees of the Terrestrial Invertebrates Laboratory, Dr. Biological Sciences, senior researcher Natalya Snegovaya and Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, leading scientists Gular Huseynzadeh and Ilhama Karimova had an expedition in Lankaran and Yardimli regions on May 17-24.
During the expedition, materials from dragonflies in Dashtatuk village, Azfilial, APO areas of Lankaran region belonging to following families - (Odonata): Calopteryx splendens orientalis (Selys, 1887), Ischnura elegans (Vander Linden, 1820), Platycnemis dealbata Selys in Selys and Hagen, 1850, Anacia, 186, Anacia ), Anax emperor Leach, 1815, Gomphus sp .; Libellula depressa Linnaeus, 1758, Orthetrum brunneum (Fonscolombe, 1837), as well as (Neuroptera) - Myrmeleontidae; Megistopus flavicornis (Rossi, 1790) and other materials were collected.
Materials of Odonata belonging to following families - Epallage fatime Charpentier, 1840, Ischnura elegans (Vander Linden, 1820), Coenagrion sp .; Anax Emperor Leach, 1815, Libellula depressa Linnaeus, 1758; Orthoptera - Bradyporus latipes, (Stål, 1875), Opiliones: Phalangium sp., Rilaena talyshica Snegovaya, 2007; R.lenkoranica Snegovaya, 2007, Zygaenidae: Zygaena sp .; Procris sp, Buprestidae: Sphenoptera sculpticollis Heyden, 1886; Sphenoptera simplex Jakovlev, 1893, Sphenoptera tamaricshi bekeri Dohrn, 1866; Meliboeus robustus Küster, 1852, Cerambycidae: Morimus verecundus (Falderman, 1836), Cerambyx (Microcerambyx) scopoli Fuessly, 1775, Callimoxys gracilis (Brullé, 1833), Stictoleptura tonsa (K. Daniel & J. Daniel,; Agapanthia dahli (Richter, 1821); Agapanthia kirbyi (Gyllenhal, 1817); Phytoecia caerulescens (Scopoli, 1763); Phytoecia puncticollis Faldermann, 1837; Dorcadion (Cribridorcadion) scopolii (Herbst, 1784); Phytoecia (Helladia) pretiosa pretiosa Faldermann, 1837, Ant larvae (Myrmeleontidae) larvae of Neuroptera were obtained both from alcohol and live from Chayuzu, Deman, Arvana, Tashkent villages of Yardimli region.
In addition, species from Trichoptera, Plecoptera, Dermaptera, Raphidioptera, Mecoptera groups were collected from both regions.
Among the Red Book species, Orthoptera-Bradyporus latipes (Stål, 1875) locust was recorded in Yardimli region, and Cerambycidae-Morimus verecundus (Falderman, 1836) long moustache beetle was recorded in Lankaran region.
