Heavy bereavement for the staff of the Institute of Zoology

Eldar Bayramov, a chief of Headquarters Staff of the Civil Defense attached to the Institute of Zoology of ANAS, has passed away.

Bayramov Eldar Hajali oglu was born on July 14, 1960, in Sarachli village of Bolnisi region of the Republic of Georgia. In 1977 he graduated from Sarachli village secondary school. From 1978-1983, he studied at the Physics Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University named after S.M. Kirov. After graduation, Bayramov worked as an engineer in the Department of "ASU Gasmetrology" SPNU in 1983-1989, and then as an engineer-metrologist at the Machine-Building Plant for Oil Fields named after P. Montin. In different years, he worked as a leading programmer in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and as a leading specialist in the Savings Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

E. Bayramov, who served in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 1993 to 2012, retired in 2012 as a reserve lieutenant colonel. Since 2017, he has worked at the Institute of Zoology of ANAS as Chief of Headquarters Staff of the Defense Ministry.
