| Basic scientific achievements | The meronts of Dactylosoma ranarum, the gamonts of Hepatozoon sp. and the sporozoites of Lankesterella minima were found in the erythrocytes of Pelophylax ridibundus. In feces of P.ridibundus, P.variabilis and Bufo eichwaldi were found Cryptosporidium fragile. In the erythrocytes of Platyceps najadum were found Hepatozoon mehlhorni and Hepatozoon sp. Cryptosporidium serpentis was found in Eremias arguta and L.caucasia, C.saurophilum was found in Natrix tessellata and Hemorrhois ravergieri. In the Greek tortoise Testudo graeca were found: C.serpentis, C.saurophilum. Isospora gymnodactyli was found in C.caspium, Eimeria nyschanica and Octosporella sanguinolenti in L.caucasia. | |
