A meeting of Supervisory Board of High Tech Park of ANAS has been held

The next meeting of Supervisory Board of High Tech Park of ANAS has been held.

The event was opened by academician Ibrahim Guliyev, vice-president of ANAS and said that the meeting was dedicated to the report on the activity of HT Park, established on the order of the President of the country. The scientist emphasized that the establishment of a national innovation ecosystem and knowledge economy through the provision of science-state-industry co-operation and commercialization of science is a high objective of HT Park's activity.

Then, Vugar Babayev, Director of "High Technology Park" LLC, PhD in Agrarian Sciences, spoke about the work carried out in 2016-2017. Speaking about the activities of the centers and departments of the park, Vugar Babayev said that Business Incubation Center (BIC) has the opportunity to collect more than 7,000 professionals and specialists in the center of technology transferring ideas from business to business through the development of entrepreneurial approach in society. Industry Center is a manufacturing area with a special status and providing an ideal infrastructure for residents.

At the meeting were discussed the start-up competitions organized by the park, as well as the "New Idea" competition, the Climate launchpad program, the Science-Education Business Partnership Platform, "Science-Technology Bank of Ideas". Participants were informed about the cooperation of HT Park with local and foreign organizations, meetings, events, training programs and seminars.

Then the reports of the management company and residents of the High Technology Park were presented.
