Taking into account paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in connection with the application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About Science" No. 271-VQ of 14 June 2016 I decree:

Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 836 dated January 4, 2003 "On the status of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" (Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2003, No. 1, Article 28) shall be abolished.
