Decree of the President on amending the “On the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On “Education" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 1, 2005

Taking into account paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to comply “On the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "About Education" approved by the Decree No 156 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 5, 2016 with the Law No. 271-VQ dated June 14, 2016, I decree:

“On the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "About Education" approved by the Decree No 156 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 5, 2016 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2009, No. 9, Article 685, 2012, No. 3, Article 197, 289, No. 6, Article 532, 2016, No. 1, Article 76, Articles 11, Articles 1804, 1828, No. 12, Article 2086) shall be amended as follows:

1. Remove the words "29.0.31," from paragraph 2.3.

2. To add paragraph 2.10-1 as in the following content:

"2.10-1. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan jointly with the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan will implement article 29.0.31 of this Law;
