On Amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Application of a New Financial Mechanism in Higher Educational Institutions" dated February 10, 2010

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the purpose of applying the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan # 338-VQD of October 14, 2016 "On Amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On Education", I decree:

To introduce the following changes into the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan # 220 dated February 10, 2010 "On the application of a new financing mechanism in higher educational institutions" (Collection of Legislative Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2010, # 2, Article 84; 2014, # 5, Article 477, No. 12, Article 1564, 2015, # 5, Article 527, 2016, # 8, Article 1384):

1. In the title and 3 parts in the corresponding case of the noun, after the word "Institutions" in the corresponding cases of the noun, the words"and the National Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences on the master's degree" should be added.

2. In part 1, after the word "In institutions", add the words "Begining from the 2015/2016 academic year in the National Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences for the master's degree".

3. In paragraph 4.1, after the word "In institutions" add the words "National Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences of for the Master's degree".

4. In paragraph 4.2, after the word "on the step", add the words "to the master's degree level of the National Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences".

5. In paragraph 4.4, after the words "to institutions", the words "National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan on the Master's degree" and after the word "institutions" - the words "National Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences on the Master's degree" should be added.
