Agreement on cooperation between ANAS High Technology Park and ANO"Moscow Center for Structural Transformation of Industry" signed

ANAS President, Academician Akif Alizadeh met with the general director of the autonomous nonprofit organization "Moscow Center for Structural Transformation of Industry" (MCSTI) Igor Titov.

Director of the center expressed his satisfaction with the visit to Baku. Noting that, he visited the ANAS High Technology Park, Igor Titov added that he got acquainted with the material and technical base of "Park VT" and innovative projects aimed at the commercialization of science.

The guest highly appreciated the "Park VT", which is an institution uniting scientists and producers. Then Igor Titov spoke about the spheres of activity of the center he directed. He noted that the main purpose of the MCSTI, established in 1994, is to support the development of technology parks in Moscow and to establish business cooperation with international bases.

Also, the director said that the strategy for further development of the center focuses on establishing mutual cooperation with the technology parks of the CIS countries. The head of the MCSTI shared his proposals aimed at implementing joint innovative projects.

Academician Akif Alizade expressed his confidence that new connections between ANAS and ANO "MCSTI" will contribute to the expansion of further cooperation in the field of scientific and innovation potential.

Vice-President of ANAS, Academician Ibrahim Guliyev and head of the Department of Political Affairs, Doctor of Philosophy in political sciences Fatali Abdullayev and Director of "Park VT", Doctor of philosophy in agrarian sciences Vugar Babayev took part in the meeting.

In conclusion, in order to develop bilateral relations between the "Park VT" and ANO "Moscow Center for Structural Transformation of Industry"agreement on Cooperation was concluded. The document reflected such issues as joint activities of the parties with a view to implementing innovation policy, including the creation of infrastructure for implementing high-tech projects, expanding economic cooperation, supporting the development of technology parks, industrial complexes, etc.
