Science Development Foundation announced competition for "Scientist of 2016"

Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the targeted grant “Worthy Scientist” announced award competition for "Scientist of 2016".

The purpose of tender grant “Worthy Scientist” which provided to be held a regulary is vigorous scientific activity and achieved high academic results on impact factor, well-known databases are indexed publications in prestigious journasls and other scientific works, published scientific articles and scientifically reference books, and also outstanding scientists, scientific and organizational works, published scientific articles and scientifically reference books, and also outstanding scientists, scientific and organizational actions according to the international standards and criteria established by Fund.

The winners of the competition will be awarded in following categories "Scientist of 2016", "Young Scientist 2016", diplomas and cash prizes:

The main nominations:

Physics, Mathematics and Engineering Sciences - 1st prize (3 000 manat);

Chemical Sciences - 1st prize (3 000 manat);

Earth Sciences - 1st prize (3 000 manat);

Biology, Medicine and Agricultural sciences - 1st prize (3 000 manat);

Humanitarian and Social sciences - 1st prize (3 000 manat).

For young scientists (35 years) nominations:

Natural and Technical sciences - 1 prize (2 000 manat);

Natural Sciences - 1st prize (2 000);

Humanitarian and Social sciences - 1st prize (2 000).

For participation in a competition projects will be approved from on March 10, 2017 on April 17 till 17:00. Results of a competition will be announced on May 2017.

The organizations of ANAS higher education institutions, research organizations, scientists and experts at the ministries can participate individually. Sending e-mail address questions about the contest or through their call is answered. Applicants within the stipulated time of application for assistance and answering questions intended to hold seminars Science Development Fund.
