On the occasion of the Day of Youth, ANAS President, Academician Akif Alizadeh met with magistrate and doctoral students of Academy
On 2 February on the occasion of the Youth Day, ANAS President, Academician Akif Alizade met with masters and doctoral of Academy.
Opening the event organized by the Central Scientific Library, Academician Akif Alizadeh congratulated the graduates and doctoral students as well as young employees of ANAS the Day of Youth. Noted that, the country's leadership is always with care and attention applied to the youth, ANAS President said that the agreement signed in 1997 national leader Heydar Aliyev, the corresponding executive order on 2 February youth Day in Azerbaijan is an indicator of this care.
Academician emphasized that, among the CIS countries and Eastern Europe the Youth Day was for the first time celebrated in Azerbaijan. Having noted that, in the country the broad events aimed at improvement of health and education of youth, povysheniyey knowledge and professionalism and the solution of social problems are held, the academician reported that the state youth policy performed under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev promotes all-round development of youth.
Academician Akif Alizade spoke about the activities that are carried out in ANAS to improve the social situation of young scientists, encouraging their activities and stimulate scientific activity masters and doctoral students. Director of ANAS gave young scientists and postgraduates their advice and wished them good luck in training and further activities.
Then have acted the Academician-Secretary of ANAS Department of Biological and Medical Sciences, Academician Ahliman Amiraslanov, chairman of the Joint Trade Union Committee of ANAS, Doctor of Economics Isa Aliyev, who spoke about the importance of creating a Master's degree at the Academy and wished all success.
At the event, the young scientists, masters and doctoral students thanked the leadership of ANAS by the conditions and support.
Then, the event continued with the artistic part. In the performance of the instrumental ensemble "Zirve" sang songs from the repertoire of Rashid Behbudov, mugham, samples of folk and classical music.
