The annual reports for the current year were reviewed

On November 7, 2025, the Scientific Council meeting of the Institute of Zoology of MSERA was held. The meeting was opened with introductory remarks by the Institute’s Director, Associate Professor, PhD in Agricultural Sciences Aladdin Eyvazov, who briefed the Council members on the items on the agenda.

At the meeting, the annual reports of the Institute were listened to. In particular, Suleyman Suleymanov, head of the Hydrobiology Laboratory, PhD in Biology, Assoc. Prof.; Tavakkul Isgandarov, head of the Terrestrial Vertebrates Laboratory, PhD in Biology; and Barat Ahmadov, head of Applied Zoology Centre, gave extensive presentations to the participants on the work carried out during the current year.

Finally, discussions were held, proposals were put forward, and relevant decisions were adopted.
