Next annual reports were listened at the Scientific Council

On November 6, 2025, the next session of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology of MSERA was held. Opening the meeting, the Institute’s Director General, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Aladdin Eyvazov, informed the council members about the matters on the agenda.

At the session, the Institute’s annual reports were listened. Specifically, Simuzar Mamedova, senior researcher of the Protozoology Laboratory, PhD in Biological Sciences; Asif Manafov, head of the Parasitology Laboratory, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor; Konul Tapdıgova, head of the Paleozoology Laboratory, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor; Sabina Bunyatova, Director of the Zoological Museum, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor; and Elyana Tahirova, head of the International Relations Department, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor, provided the participants with detailed information about the work they had carried out during the current year.

Finally, discussions were held, proposals were submitted, and relevant decisions were adopted.
