The next meeting of the Dissertation Council was held

On June 12, 2025, the next meeting of the BFD 1.09/1 Dissertation Council, operating under the Institute of Zoology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held. At the meeting, Rana Nasirulla gizi Akbarova, a doctoral candidate from the Veterinary Scientific Research Institute, defended her dissertation titled “Main Helminthiases of Small Ruminants in the Southern Region of Azerbaijan and the Study of the Species Composition of Their Pathogens” in the specialty 2429.01 - Parasitology, to obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Sciences. It should be noted that the scientific supervisor of the dissertation is Saleh Heydar oglu Maharramov.

At the end, the documents of Rana Nasirulla gizi Akbarova’s dissertation on “Main Helminthiases of Small Ruminants in the Southern Region of Azerbaijan and the Study of the Species Composition of Their Pathogens” were submitted to the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the awarding of the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Sciences.
