The process of rewarding a number of employees at the Institute of Zoology continues

The process of rewarding researchers, operating in scientific institutions under the State Agency for Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan continues this year.

Considering that one of the main goals in rewarding researchers is to support initiatives to increase the number of articles published in international impact factor journals, EATDA has developed a method for calculating the author score based on indicators such as citation index indicators in the field, the number of articles published in Q1 and Q2 quartile journals, the article's inclusion in the list of the most read TOP 10% scientific works in the world, and the number of co-authors, and it is planned to provide monthly payments based on this. Taking into account the above, the relevant amount will be paid to persons in categories A, B, and C according to the results obtained according to the procedure presented by the establishment of the relevant commission every month until the end of the current year.

Based on the above, the leading researcher of the Parasitology Laboratory, Ph.D., Associate Professor Fuad Rzayev - “A”, the researcher of the Terrestrial Vertebrates Laboratory Elshad Asgarov - “B”, the senior researcher of the Terrestrial Invertebrates Laboratory, Ph.D., Associate Professor Natalya Snegovaya, and the senior researcher of the Protozoology Laboratory, Ph.D., Associate Professor Simuzar Mamedova - “C” category will be awarded for the number of articles published in international impact factor journals at the Institute of Zoology of MSERA.
