The next meeting of the Dissertation Council was held

The next meeting of MSE RA Institute of Zoology was held on November 1, 2024. "Herring fishes of the Middle and South Caspian (systematics, ecology, distribution and reserve)" thesis submitted by Suleyman Shakir oglu Suleymanov, Acting Head of the Hydrobiology Laboratory of MSE RA Institute of Zoology, PhD, Assoc.Prof., for gaining doctor of science degree in specialty 2401.01 - "Zoology" was defended at the meeting.  It should be noted that the supervisor of the dissertation work is Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Rauf Vahid oglu Hajiyev.

At the end of the meeting, was mentioned that Suleyman Shakir oglu Suleymanov's dissertation topic on "Herring fishes of the Middle and South Caspian (systematics, ecology, distribution and reserve)" for receiving scientific degree of doctor of sciences in biology in specialty 2401.01 - "Zoology" was appropirate to the requirements put by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and it was considered relevant to submit the dissertation work for defense to the BED 1.09 One-time Dissertation Council, operating under the MSE RA Institute of Zoology.
