Dr. Alptekin Jihangir Ishbilir was visited by delegation led by the representative of "Kaya Haber" Agency for Azerbaijan, Sona Ismayilova and academic writer team, as well as employees of the Institute of Zoology

With the approval of the President of the Republic of Turkey, Rajap Tayyip Erdoghan, Dr. Alptekin Jihangir Ishbilir who was employing at the "Anadolu" Agency, has been appointed as a Communication Advisor to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.  In the delegation of academicians and writers organized to welcome Mr. Advisor, General Director of MSE Institute of Zoology, PhD in Agrarian sciences, Assoc. Prof. Aladdin Eyvazov and a senior researcher of the Parasitology Laboratory, Dr. Biological sciences Yegane Mahmudova participated either.
