Further reports were listened at the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology

On November 2, 2022, the next meeting of the scientific council was held in the library of the MSERA Institute of Zoology. Opening the meeting, Acting Director of the institute, Associate Professor Aladdin Eyvazov informed the members of the council about the issues on the agenda.

At the beginning of the meeting, the annual reports of the laboratories of the institute were heard. So, about the annual report of the Applied Zoology Center, Ph.D. Assoc. Prof. Barat Ahmadov, about the annual report of the Hydrobiology laboratory, Ph.D. Adil Aliyev and Hijran Isgandarova delivered reports on the annual reports of the Mingachevir Scientific Experience Base. After providing detailed information about the laboratory activities in the current year, the speakers brought to the attention of the council members the publishing activities of the laboratory employees during the year.

Speaking about the reports, the executive director of the institute, Dr. Assoc. Prof. Elshad Ahmadov, Head of Protozoology Laboratory, ANAS corresponding member Ilham Alakbarov considered the activity of all three laboratories to be satisfactory.

Finally, various issues were discussed and relevant decisions were made.
