Inventory and systematization of the entomological collection is carried out by the staff of the Zoological Museum

Employees of the Zoological Museum of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS - senior laboratory assistants Sabina Abdullayeva, Zeynab Mammadova and Khatira Gahramanli, artist-taxodermist Konul Yunusova carry out inventory and systematization of entomological collection materials stored in the laboratory of Terresterial Invertebrates. Since the beginning of the year, 2,792 specimens belonging to the Buprestidal family and 1,100 specimens belonging to the Cerambycidae family have been inverted and included in the collection fund. An electronic catalog of the collection fund has also been conducted.

Work is currently underway on other materials.
