The next meeting of the scientific seminar under the Dissertation Council was held

The dissertation work of Saliga Gazi,  a junior researcher of the Center of Applied Zoology of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS, on "Bioecological features of sugar beet pests (insects and butterflies), species of economic importance in Azerbaijan and the role of entomophagous in their biological regulation" was discussed at the dissertation seminar. The scientific supervisor of the dissertation is the head of the Center for Applied Zoology, Ph.D., associate professor B.A. Ahmadov. Opening the event, the head of the Laboratory of Invertebrates of the Institute of Zoology, chairman of the scientific seminar under the Dissertation Council, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor G.A. Mustafayeva gave the floor to the plaintiff to speak. After extensive discussions, the Secretary, Ph.D., Associate Professor I.A. Nuriyeva read the opinion of the scientific seminar and brought it to the attention of the seminar participants.

At the end of the seminar, taking into account the scientific and practical significance of the dissertation, Saliga Galib gizi Gazi's topic "Bioecological features of sugar beet pests (insects and butterflies), 2413.01 - Biology was considered expedient for the EAC under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to meet the requirements for doctoral dissertations and submit the work to the Dissertation Council.
