The last reports were listened at the next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS on November 23. The meeting, organized on the Zoom platform, was opened by the Acting Director of the institute, PhD in Agrarian Sciences, Associate Professor Aladdin Eyvazov. Gulbaniz Nadirova, head of the Education Department, PhD in Biological Sciences, informed the council members about the research work of doctoral students, dissertators and master students this year, their expeditions and scientific conferences in which they participated. Then, Elyana Tahirova, head of the International Relations Department, PhD in Biological Sciences, presented her proposals on international trainings and seminars, conferences, scholarship programs, business trips, agreements and international cooperation. The head of the Public Relations Department Elmar Nadirov delivered a detailed report on the work done to provide information on the official website of the institute, coverage of the institute's activities in the media and electronic media, the department's activities this year. Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute Leyla Hasanova spoke about the activities of the council. He spoke in detail about the participation of young scientists in domestic and international scientific events, their published and submitted articles and theses.
At the end of the meeting, the questions of the council members were answered by the speakers, employees were advised to work harder and everyone was wished success in this way. The reports submitted in the end were considered advisable.
