Released the new edition of "Elm" newspaper

The first edition of "Elm" newspaper, a weekly press organ of the Presidium of ANAS, was published for current year.
On the front page of the newspaper, the President’s orders "On the proclamation of 2021 as the Year of Nizami Ganjavi in the Republic of Azerbaijan", "On awarding N.M. Valikhanli with the Order of Sharaf", "On awarding K.M. Abdullayev with the Order of Sharaf" and "On awarding T.A. Ahmadov with the Order of Shohrat" have been posted.
