Employee of the Institute of Zoology awarded with medals "Brave Warrior" , "For the Liberation of Jabrayil" and "For the Liberation of Gubadli""

A group of servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who successfully fulfilled the combat missions, distinguished themselves in maintaining the combat capability of our troops by destroying key enemy groups and equipment during liberating territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were awarded the "Brave Warrior" medal by the decision of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Azerbaijani Army, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 18, 2020.
An employee of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS Shafiyev Kamran Ehsan oglu is also among the awarded ones. Then, on December 24, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to award servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the medal "For the Liberation of Jabrayil" for their personal courage and bravery in participating in the combat operations to liberate the Jabrayil region. He was awarded to this medal as well. Patriotic, brave son of Motherland Kamran, who is in active military service, performed all combat operations given by the leadership with high professionalism, was wounded in the battles in the direction of Gubadli as a result of his courage, bravery and steadfastness, and is currently in good condition. After that, he was awarded the medal "For the Liberation of Gubadli". It should be noted that other employees of our institute who took part in the Second Karabakh War Tanriverdiyev Gunduz Mubariz oglu and Abdullayev Ehtiram Vakalat oglu fought valiantly in the battles for the Motherland, did their best on this difficult but glorious path for the freedom of our lands.
However, we can proudly say that the 27-year longing that began with a counter-offensive against Armenian military provocations and completed on November 10 with the surrender of the enemy as a result of the far-sighted policy of President Ilham Aliyev and the strength of our victorious army. The blood of the sons of the Motherland did not remain on the ground, the territorial integrity was restored, the hated enemy was capitulated. We wish God's mercy to all the martyrs who died for the restoration of the territorial integrity of our country, and healing to the veterans.
