Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology held the next online meeting

Scientific council of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS has held the next online meeting on November 24, 2020. Opening the meeting, which was organized in a virtual format on the Zoom platform, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Institute, Doctor of Biological Sciences Elshad Ahmadov has informed the members of the council about the issues on the agenda. Then partial changes in the composition of the Scientific Council, plans and programs of doctoral students and dissertators admitted in the 2019/2020 academic year, changing scientific supervisors of some doctoral students and dissertators, presentation of the thesis of Nigar Valiyeva dubbed "Mammal fauna of Absheron National Park" and others issues were discussed and certain decisions were made.
Then the annual and final reports of the Center for Applied Zoology, Terrestrial Invertebrates, Terrestrial Vertebrates and Paleozoology were listened.
