Aladdin Eyvazov has been appointed acting director of the Institute of Zoology

Aladdin Eyvazov, Deputy Head of the Affairs Department of the Presidium of ANAS, Ph.D. in Agrarian Sciences, Associate Professor, has been appointed acting director of the Institute of Zoology of the Academy.

Note that A. Eyvazov was born on March 26, 1967 in Ismatli village of Bilasuvar region. In 1984-1991 he graduated from the faculty of Fruit and Vegetable Growing and Viticulture of the Azerbaijan Agricultural Institute (current Azerbaijan State Agrarian University), in 2013-2014 he studied at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, majoring in Veterinary Medicine.

In 1991-1994 he held positions of post-graduate student, junior researcher at the Scientific-Research Institute of Vegetable Growing of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MA), a specialist at the Central Office of MA in 1994-2003, deputy head and sector head of Plant Protection and Quarantine Department at MA in 2003-2005, deputy head of the State Phytosanitary Control Service under the Ministry of Agriculture in 2005-2015, Director of the Vegetable Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2015-2018, general director of the Information Consulting Center in the Ministry of Agrarian Science and Technology on May 11 - June 21, 2018, and head of State Phytosanitary Service under the Ministry of Agriculture during 2018-2019.

A. Eyvazov is the author of 43 scientific works, 1 patent, 1 instruction, 52 information bulletins, 3 colored albums, and 2 methodical aids.
