Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology held the next online meeting

Scientific Council of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS was held on November 16, 2020. Opening the meeting, which carried out via virtual format on the Zoom platform, acting director of the institute, Doctor of Biological Sciences Elshad Ahmadov has informed the council members about the issues on the agenda. Then issues such as, presenting the monograph of Doctor of Biological Sciences, Yegana Mahmudova dubbed "Faunistic, taxonomic and ecological analysis, epizootological and epidemiological assessment of trematodes of waterfowl in Azerbaijan", appointing Ph.D. in Biology Irada Nuriyeva as the chief Department of Education, appointing Doctor of Biological Sciences Gulzar Mustafayeva as the chief Laboratory of Terrestrial Invertebrate, etc., were discussed and certain decisions were made.
Then the annual and final reports of Protozoology and Parasitology Laboratories were listened.
