The Institute of Zoology and the Free Trade Union of ANAS provided food assistance to low-income employees

On October 19, 2020, the Institute of Zoology of ANAS and the Free Trade Union of ANAS provided food assistance to low-income employees. Opening the event, the acting director of the institute D.Sc. Elshad Ahmadov stressed that the purpose of the assistance was to help the staff of the institute during the coronavirus pandemic. He held preventive talks with employees and recommended compliance with the requirements of the quarantine regime. The chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, Doctor of Law, Professor Habil Gurbanov congratulated the employees on the liberation of a number of occupied territories as a result of successful operations carried out by the Azerbaijani army and wished success to our servicemen. Then, he stressed that the Azerbaijani government has taken all necessary steps and taken urgent measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in our country and around the world.

At the end of the event, food assistance was provided to 83 employees of the institute.
