Published the book “Taxonomic spectrum of the fauna of Azerbaijan (vertebrates)”

The book “Taxonomic spectrum of the fauna of Azerbaijan (vertebrates)” was published at the Institute of Zoology of ANAS.

Since changes have been made in the classification of most species of vertebrates in recent years, animal species belonging to the classes of cyclostomes, amphibians, fish, reptiles, birds and mammals are included in the book “Taxonomic spectrum of the fauna of Azerbaijan (vertebrates)” in a new classification status.

The book, which saw the light in accordance with the decree of the Presidium of ANAS, is intended for specialists, students, as well as a wide readership.
