The institutions of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences carried out disinfection work

According to the decree of the President of ANAS academician Ramiz Mehdiyev on preventive measures in connection with the coronavirus, disinfection and preventive measures are being continued in scientific institutions of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences (DBMS). The goal is to prevent the spread of infection and increase the effectiveness of preventive measures in this area.

At the institutes of Botany, Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology disinfection was performed to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

Administrative buildings, laboratories, conference rooms, libraries and corridors of scientific institutions were cleaned with special preparations. Staff were also provided with information on the effects of coronavirus and methods of protection.

Note that according to the decree of the head of ANAS, the specialists of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences were given appropriate instructions on organizing media appearances in connection with the methods of protection against coronavirus and the publication of educational materials.
