The next meeting of the Scientific Council has been held

The next meeting of the Scientific Council (ANAS) has been held. Director of the Institute, Elman Yusifov has introduced issues on the agenda to members of the Council. He had given the word to Sc.D. in Biology Elshad Ahmadov in order to make the report on doing works related to the 80th anniversary.  Deputy Director of Scientific Works Zakariyya Mammadov made a speech on the structural changes at the Institute. He has suggested his proposals on the consolidation of the Laboratory of insect fauna and systematics and Laboratory of Arachnology in the Laboratory of Land invertebratesand changing name of the Laboratory of Marine Animals to the Laboratory of Hidrobiology. The proposals were approved unanimously by the members of the Council.

The other issues were also discussed at the Scientific Council.
