Russian scientist delivered a scientific report at the Institute of Botany

An employee of the Kuban State University, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences S.Litvinskaya visited the ANAS Institute of Botany.

During the meeting with Director of the Institute, academician Valida Alizade, the guest was informed about the research directions of the institute, international relations, joint projects and reconstruction.

Then, the guest got acquainted with the laboratory equipped with modern equipment, with the botanical museum and the herbarium foundation. Highly appreciating the current state of the institute and the prospects for cooperation, S.Litvinskaya stressed that, there is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and study forest ecosystems.

At a scientific seminar the scientist also delivered reports "On the protection of natural resources of the coastal zone of the Azov Sea to restore the natural habitat of the Azov Sea region", "Biodiversity of flora and vegetation of the North-West Caucasus".
