Azerbaijan to host 31th International Informatics Olympiad

The International Informatics Olympiad will be held in Azerbaijan, in 2019.

The decision was taken at the closing ceremony of the 30th International Informatics Olympiad in Tsukuba, Japan.

IOU flag was presented to Deputy Minister of Education Firudin Gurbanov.

It will be recalled that 55 schoolchildren from Azerbaijan have attended the competitions so far. In total, the representatives of Azerbaijan won 5 medals (1 silver, 4 bronze).
