The staff of the Institute of Zoology, ANAS held a general meeting dedicated to the anniversary of 20 January tragedy on 19.01.2016. Foreword said director of the institute, the corresponding member of ANAS Ilham Alakbarov. Then Deputy Director for Science Ph.D. in Biology Z.Mammadov, Deputy Director of Public Affairs A. Jalilov, Ph.D. in Biology A. Aliyev has talked about tragedy occurred on January 20, 1990-year. At the end of the meeting members of the Institute visited the Alley of Martyrs.
