Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) - awaiting the main event of the last five years - the report and election meeting where its head the well-known scientist, academician Akif Alizadeh will present, in fact, a qualitatively new Academy of Sciences. This year, election of the headquarters of the national science should coincide in terms with the election of the head of state, and this seems to me symbolic. Recently, science in our country, breaking out of the limits of institutions and laboratories, has become not in words, but in practice an integral part of society, educational process, national economy of Azerbaijan.
