| Basic scientific achievements | The changes taking place in morpho-biological and morpho-phisiological features of marine and freshwater populations of migratory and semi-migratory fishes were determined; the dynamics of serotonin modulated proteins in their various tissues, modified in connection with the adaptation to environmental conditions were studied. New data on the primary habitat for migratory and semi-migratory fishes were received.Two fish species: false razbora – Pseudorasbora parva (Temminck et Schlegel, 1846) and Korean sharpbelly – Hemiculter leucisculus (Basilewsky, 1855) were noted for the fauna of Azerbaijan for the first time. | |
