The process of choosing specialties for magistracy of higher education began
Since June 9, the choice of specialties in the magistracy of higher educational institutions and ANAS for the 2017/2018 academic year has began.
By the choice of specialties, which will be held before June 19, bachelors who have fulfilled the conditions of the competition for entrance examinations for magistracy in 2017 are admitted.
Bachelors have the opportunity to indicate in the "Electronic Bachelor's Application for the Selection of Specialties" to 20 codes of specialties on the basis of state order and paid basis. The specialties chosen by bachelors must correspond to the program for which the examination and the bachelor's specialty (the requirement for a foreign language in some specialties) was passed.
The specialties chosen by the student must be consistently indicated and confirmed in the electronic application of the bachelor on the website of the GEC. In accordance with the points scored, the bachelor goes to one of the specialties indicated in the first rows.
Masters, who graduated from magistracy on the basis of state order, should once again choose specialty codes on a fee basis.
Bachelors who pass the exam in Arabic and Persian as a foreign language can choose specialties related to programs No. 38 and No. 46 in accordance with the specialty selection table.
Admission to the Master's program of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) is carried out through a joint competition for the Azerbaijani and Russian sectors only on the basis of state orders. Bachelors who fulfilled the conditions of the contest and wishing to enroll in the master's program of ANAS must pass an electronic registration from 9 to 12 June and an interview at ANAS from June 16 to 13.
Foreigners and persons who do not have citizenship can choose specialty codes on a fee basis, unless other cases are stipulated in the current legislation and interstate agreements.
The competition is conducted on the basis of the total number of points scored in the first and second stages of admission exams.
Bachelors who have chosen and confirmed specialties in the electronic application of the bachelor for the choice of specialties within the specified time will be admitted to the competition. After confirming the application, it is not possible to make changes to the document.
