ANAS Presidium Free Trade Union held next meeting

ANAS Presidium Free Trade Union held the next meeting.

The event was attended by Deputy Head of ANAS Office of AdministrationSardar Aliyev, Head of the Press and İnformation Office  Zulfugar Farzaliyev, head of the Department of Human Resources Rzagulu Hajiyev, representative of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation Sevil Zeynalova, as well as chairpersons of Free Trade Union of academic institutions and organizations of the Academy.

Opening the meeting, chairman of Free Trade Union, Doctor of Law, Professor Habil Gurbanov told about the committee’s activities, current problems, ways to solve them and upcoming tasks.

He noted that, some Free Trade Union chairpersons allow for irresponsibility in their activities.

Head of the Department of Human Resources informed about the Order of the President of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh "On the rules of internal discipline adopted to ensure effective management in academic institutions and organizations of the Academy" dated November 23, 2018.

Further, the representative of Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation Sevil Zeynalova, spoke on defence of the workers' right. Deputy Head of ANAS Office of Administration Sardar Aliyev informed about the “Rules for the allocation of land plots to the employees of ANAS for gardening and their usage”.

The meeting also approved the new chairmen of the Free Trade Unions of the High-Tech Park of ANAS and the Institutes of Literature and Oriental Studies.

In conclusion, were discussed a number issues.
