Employees of the education system will also have the opportunity to purchase an apartment in the housing complex "Science City", which is being built in Saray, Absheron district. In addition, the scientists will be able to get the apartment registered in the hostel of ANAS, as well as registered, but not working in the academy.

It should be noted that, the aim of the project is to meet the needs of the staff of ANAS and the Ministry of Education and improve their living conditions.

During constructing of buildings consisting of one-, two-, three-room apartments which will correspond to the building principles of "Smart City", the most recent technological innovations existing in the architectural and construction sector will be applied.
