Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on raising scholarships for students and pupils of doctoral students, higher education, secondary special and primary vocational education institutions, as well as for the Master's degree students of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Guided by Article 32, paragraph 109, of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve to strengthen the social protection of students and pupils:

1. Monthly amount of pensions stipulated by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 30, 2013 No. 3108 for students and pupils of doctoral students, higher education, secondary special and primary vocational education institutions as well as undergraduate students of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences 2018 increase from March 1 to 10 percent.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

2.1. To prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on adaptation of acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to this Order within a month;

2.2. Inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within one month of bringing the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to this Order;

2.3. keep control over compliance of normative-legal acts of the central executive bodies to this Order and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months;

2.4. to resolve other issues arising from this Order.

3. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall provide information to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan for ensuring compliance with normative legal acts and normative acts of central executive authorities to this Order.
